Holiday Shipping Info & Deadlines

Please note, USPS is taking longer than normal to scan, process and deliver the packages. With Free shipping offer, we are currently using USPS Ground Advantage.

Order Placement Deadlines for the delivery before Christmas:

UPS® Ground shipping - December 16th by 12 PM CST

UPS 3 Day Select® - December 18th by 12 PM CST

UPS 2nd Day Air® - December 19th by 12 PM CST

UPS Next Day Air® - December 23rd by 12 PM CST

USPS Ground Advantage™ - December 17th by 12 PM CST

USPS Priority Mail® - December 18th by 12 PM CST

USPS Priority Mail Express® - December 20th by 12 PM CST

Please note - our Office will be Сlosed on December 24th, 25th, 31st, 2024 & January 1st, 2025, and all orders received at the mentioned days will be processed the following business day.

Shipping

Free shipping within the US on all orders over $19 using USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground. Orders under $19 will have $5 flat shipping rate and will be shipped using USPS Ground Advantage (except orders to HI, AK and all other US territories including Armed Forces addresses which must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail). There is one business day processing, so generally the delivery will take between 2 and 5 days, depending on your location (*Please note, USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, UPS SurePost, UPS Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, and FedEx Ground are not guaranteed delivery services. ).

Although we normally do not require the signature confirmation for the delivery, your local post office may ask for it depending on your area. In addition, the signature will be required for orders more than $50 in value.

Pick Up

We do not have a physical presence and, unfortunately, pick up is not available at this time. However, we do have stores around Chicagoland area that carry our product. Please contact us, and we'll point to the closest one to you.

Taxes

There's currently no sales tax for orders shipping outside of Illinois, Michigan, Washington, West Virginia, Colorado, Ohio, Nebraska, Pennsylvania and California.

UGears US (Ukidz LLC) is located in Illinois with office in California and economic presence in MI, WA, WV, CO, OH, NE, and PA. Taxes are collected for the orders within these states. Current taxes collected for IL is 10%. The rest are collected based on the zip code. Our shopping cart automatically calculates the appropriate taxes during the checkout process.

At this time, we are not required to collect sales tax on orders delivered outside of listed states. However, you may be required to remit sales tax to your local taxing authority.

Order Tracking

Once the order is process, the tracking information will be emailed to the address provided. You will be able to track the package on UPS.com or USPS.com.

Backorder/Pre-Order

If item is listed as backordered or pre-order, you may still purchase it. We will ship the order complete as soon as it is available. The days listed are approximate and we will notify you if the delay will be longer than expected. Please note, the credit card is charged once you place the order.
