For the USA customers:
If during the assembly a part breaks, we will replace it free of charge as long as you purchased the model from our website or our affiliate. Please email the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Order number (if purchased from our website) or store name. If purchased from Amazon, the store information can be found in the order history or on the receipt.
- Model name
- Part number(s)
- Quantity needed
- Picture of the broken piece
- Picture of the location on the board
- Your name and shipping address (if the model was not purchased through our website.)
If the item wasn't purchased from us or our affiliates, we will forward the request to the manufacturer. The replacement is free and will take 5-7 weeks. However, for a small shipping fee we can expedite the replacement (2-4 business days) and ship from our US warehouse.
For customers outside of the USA:
Please contact your vendor (sticker on the back of the box), or store where the product was purchased, or the manufacturer directly at email@example.com. Please provide same pictures as listed above and your shipping address.
Toothpicks can be replaced at your local grocery store. We use generic two-point toothpicks.
