For our most devoted customers of ugears.us and modelers, we've introduced our new loyalty program - UGears US Points to thank you for your commitment to our business. Now every time you shop with us, you can earn reward points which can be exchanged for future savings. But spending alone isn't the only way you'll be rewarded for your support, as you can earn extra points in simple ways such as referring friends to our site or liking our Facebook Page.

All you need to do is to create an account to Join the Program.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How Do I Spend Points? You can spend your points by clicking on the points tab while logged into your customer account. Under the Reward section, you can click 'Redeem' next to the reward you want to claim!
  • What are Birthday Points? Every year on your birthday, we'll give you bonus birthday points, just for being you! (Birth date must be entered into the system 30 days prior to the actual date in order to receive points).
  • How much does it cost to join?  Our loyalty program is totally free!  We do it to say "thank you" to our awesome customers!
  • Is there a limit to how many order points I can get? Of course not! We want to reward your loyal orders!
  • Can I get points for my previous orders made before the program launch?  Definitely.  Make sure you create an account using the email address you used to make a purchase, send us an email request and we will credit your account.
  • Can I get points for orders placed elsewhere (Amazon, eBay, other sites)? We can credit you points only if you purchased from the following affiliated stores: Ukidz Toys on Amazon.com, ukidz on eBay.com, or UkidzToys on Etsy.com (please provide the receipt or order(s) number(s) via email to info@ugears.us). Unfortunately, we are not able to credit you for orders placed with other stores or websites.  This program is not sponsored by the manufacturer.  
  • How many points do I get per purchase? You will get the points in the amount of your order total minus discounts, taxes and shipping charges, if any.
  • Can I use reward codes in combination with other discounts? Unfortunately no, we only allow one type of discount per transaction. 
  • Will the order be truly free if I use the code that covers the full amount? Absolutely!
